Depending on El-Rufai for protection is like depending on Satan — Omokri tells Southern Kaduna Indigenes

 

Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, has charged Southern Kaduna people to rise up and defend themselves against kiIIer herdsmen and stop depending on the state governor for protection. 

Omokri said expecting protection from El-Rufai is like expecting Satan to protect you from demons.

The former presidential aide made the remark in a tweet via his verified Twitter handle on Monday.

“Dear S Kaduna people,

“Expecting @Elrufai to protect you from herdsmen, is like expecting Satan to protect you from demons. Article 51 of the @UN Charter gives you a right to self defence. Don’t attack. But if they attack, give them bullet for bullet,” Omokri tweeted.

A recent attack by unknown gunmen had led to the death of about 20 people with several others injured in Southern Kaduna.
