A Federal High Court in Yola, Adamawa State, has nullified the governorship primary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) that produced Senator Aishat Binani as the candidate of the party in Adamawa State for the 2023 election.
The court on Friday ruled that there will be no candidate for the governorship election in the state.
