I will pay you $50,000 if you spend weekend in Bama without security personnel — Omokri challenges Garba Shehu

Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri has challenged, Garba Shehu, the media aide of President Muhammadu Buhari to spend a weekend in Bama, in Borno State alone and without protection and get the sum of $50,000.

Omokri’s challenge came after Garba Shehu claimed that the government of his principal deserves credit for its handling of insecurity in the country.

In response, Omokri tweeted, “Yesterday, Garba Shehu renewed his claim that “Buhari deserves credit for tackling insecurity”. I renew my challenge to Garba. Spend a weekend alone, without security, in Bama. I will pay him $50,000."
