The United States president, Donald Trump, has dismissed media reports making the rounds claiming that he has conceded defeat to his opponent, Joe Biden who is the projected winner of the country’s presidential election.
Trump had said in a tweet on Sunday that Joe Biden won because the election was rigged.
He wrote, "He won because the Election was Rigged. NO VOTE WATCHERS OR OBSERVERS allowed, vote tabulated by a Radical Left privately owned company, Dominion, with a bad reputation & bum equipment that couldn’t even qualify for Texas (which I won by a lot!), the Fake & Silent Media, & more!"

But his statement attracted different interpretations as some media organizations reported that he has conceded defeat by acknowledging his opponent Joe Biden won the election.
Reacting in another tweet, the president described the media reports as fake, saying that Joe Biden "only won in the eyes of the FAKE NEWS MEDIA."
He tweeted, "He only won in the eyes of the FAKE NEWS MEDIA. I concede NOTHING! We have a long way to go. This was a RIGGED ELECTION!
