The Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Kemebradikumo Pondei, had slumped while taking questions from the members of the National Assembly committee probing the commission on Monday.
He had appeared alongside the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio on Monday.
