Buhari does not appreciate your loyalty — Omokri tells Buhari's supporters

President Muhammadu Buhari may be seen as a failure in almost everything since he became president, but former aide to President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, believes Buhari is nevertheless, a master when it comes to use and dump. He said the president has the record of betraying the loyalty of those who supported him in the past.

Omokri who made the statement via a Facebook post on Wednesday, in response to Magu's current ordeal, listed the people whom the president has used in the past to achieve his goals, then dishonorably discard them.


He said, "General Buhari used Bola Tinubu, and dumped him when he no longer needed him. He has done the same to his former co conspirators, including:

* Omoyele Sowore
* Adams Oshiomhole
* Oby Ezekwesili (beggar with receipt)
* Wole Soyinka
* Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso
* Northern Elders Forum
* Orji Kalu
* Buba Galadima
* 500,000 NPower beneficiaries
* And now Magu.

He concluded saying, "And you, a common APC online, troll thinks they won’t dump you?"




Speaking of Buhari's supporters, there are already lamentations and regrets from the hailing camp who said the president has abandoned them after getting what he wanted.

Mahi Tijani who acknowledged rooting for the President, said President Buhari was well loved by his supporters, but left them feeling embarrassed that their decision to trust him with their votes was a big mistake.

He said, "Mr President we loved you and voted you in with our tears and blood. Sincerely speaking, we the masses are not happy with the way things are working in this country.


"We thought you were the Messiah or the savior, but it seems like we were wrong. Our dream is to have a better life and nothing else, but life is getting harder day by day under your regime."

Another staunch supporter of President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Mohammed, said he has been foolish all along for being "a dıehard supporter" of the president for years.

He said, "I have been a dıehard supporter of Muhammad Buhari ever since he started contesting election. I have never seen him face to face. I only see him on TV and his posters, not to talk of shaking hands with him. I have never tried to see him and i am not worried.



"I have always been voting for him and defending my vote until counted and recorded, not because i want anything from him. I do what i did because i see him as an honest person who can lead us to where we want to be.

"But now, i am beginning to agree with you that i have been foolish all along. Five years into his administration, the problems of boko haram have subsided and also resurfaced. The insecurity related to bandits, kıd*nappers, cuItists, rap*sts, communal clashes, etc have escalated.

"Unless he wakes up to do something urgently towards controlling the devastating insecurity in the country, my frustrations and regrets will continue raising my BP."

In a recent Interview with Daily Times, Afenifere Chieftain and Nigeria Elder Statesman, Pa Ayo Adebanjo, said when everyone in the country is regretting voting for Buhari, it shows the government is not only a failure, but there's also no evidence the country has a leader.
