Fayose is a cursed man — APC replies

Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose's recent outburst against the APC and the Buhari administration, has raise dust, and is being serve from the same plate by the party he berated.

The APC, in a statement on Saturday in Ado-Ekiti by its Director of Media and Publicity, Sam Oluwalana, said it is strange and disturbing that a man who moves around with curse on his head, was able to summon the courage to attack a performing government.

Oluwalana alleged the ex-governor actions and anti-democratic tendencies led to the collapse of the People’s Democratic Party(PDP) in the state, describing Fayose’s government as wasteful.

He also expressed surprise that the ex-governor who allegedly has been hobnobbing with some influential APC leaders across the country, could come out openly to discredit the party.

He said, “Fayose is a type of politician that will do or say anything just to attract attention. He has succeeded in disintegrating his party, PDP, leading to the national excos imposing foreigners to administer the party as caretakers.

“Fayose is wandering across the country like someone that has been cursed. He thinks he can cause confusion in the APC as he has done to his party, unknown to him that he is dealing with more matured politicians.

“He should seek divine intervention to wash the curse placed on him by senior citizens of the state he made to suffer when he was governor”, he said.

Fayose has recently described the All Progressives Congress (APC) crisis as a show of God’s anger, adding that the crisis in the party will continue until the party vanished for the good of Nigeria.

The former governor noted that the party has been displaying arrogance and treating Nigerians with contempt, saying “this is just the beginning, their matters will be made worse with time.”

He added saying for Nigeria to return to the path of progress “more confusion will still hit the party till it goes into oblivion.”
