National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been the subject of controversy for a number of reasons including the bullion van saga of 2019.

Meanwhile, the Buhari presidency in a statement by its Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr. Garba Shehu, denied claims that the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has been placed on security watch by President Muhammadu Buhari.
“We wish to confirm without any equivocation that Tinubu is not of any particular interest to any arm of the security services,” Garba said in a statement.
“The relationship between him and the President can not be better than it is at the moment."
“I got on the phone a short while ago with the National Security Adviser and the Director General of the SSS, who both dismissed the reports as acts of pure mischief.
