Questions have been asked countless times on the whereabouts of recovered loots since the beginning of the Buhari's administration. But to no surprises, the Buhari Presidency felt it owe Nigerians no explanation.
Finally, it appears the Buhari administration has obliged, but drew the ire of Nigerians when it claimed the recovered funds (Abacha's loot) of over $100m was used to empower poor Nigerians.
Uwais, who said the funds, which were specifically being disbursed to beneficiaries of the National Cash Transfer Programme, a component of the National Social Investment Programme , noted that the gesture was positively changing the fortune of many Nigerians.
But Nigerians won't take Uwais 'cheap' submission, and therefore, demand that names of beneficiaries from a so called "National Social Register", be made public.
Chucks Onuchukwu said, "Nigeria we hail Dee , who are the poor the money was given to, what was the yardstick that the FGN used in determining the poor the money was given to."

Ukaba Martins said, "You collected, disbursed as you wished, without legislation, and coming to share news all by yourself. What a height of irresponsibility is this? Being president does not make you the owner of Nigeria. We are all stake holders. And as stake holders in the Nigeria project, we don't believe your report and its a big shame on you!"
Kayode Oloje, "Can you see the man of integrity, telling us the money has been used for the poor. Where! when! how! and why?we ve entered into one chance government ooo."
Tobechi Onwuzurike said, "U see my problem with this APC administration, why disbursing such amount while u still run to world bank and other intl finance institutions to borrow for electricity , u guys just recently took money from pension fund which i know can never be paid back, workers shine ur eyesoooo ur pension money don enter voice mail."
