Vice president Yemi Osinbajo has been in the news recently mostly for the wrong reasons. From Minister of condolence to being stripped of some of his privileges as a VP. The overall climate surrounding his position since 2015 has generally been much of uncertainty.
But while it is all over the media that the vice president's days in the villa are numbered, the vice president has on several occasions played down such claims saying the only problem between him and the president is those peddling misinformation for mischievous reasons. But such response by the VP is to be expected anyway.
Shorty, pl stop kneeling and shedding tears before those that have decided to humiliate, degrade and remove you and pl stop begging them. It is embarrasing! Even if they choose to forgive u and keep u in office your humiliation will only become more pronounced as each day passes.— Femi Fani-Kayode (@realFFK) September 23, 2019
Whichever narrative you choose to believe however, Fani Kayode thinks the vice president is doing everything possible to appease his boss and the cabals to avoid being thrown out of the villa. He however, warned that attempts to appease those who have already made clear their intention to remain in power come 2023, will only lead to more humiliation and embarrassment to both Osinbajo and the Southwest.
